Using VDA19.2 compliant equipment, we measure the diameter, quantity, and simple classification of surface-attached particles larger than 2µm in just a few seconds. By monitoring the cleaning efficiency of the ante-room, air shower, floors, walls, and equipment, and by quantitatively assessing the surface cleanliness of wearables, gloves, and tools that can cause contact contamination, we achieve a reduction in foreign substances.
